“Can you hear me now?” Many of us are familiar with this line from a popular mobile phone service provider. But in the context of today’s message, these words take on new, much more important and eternal significance. Though most of us have ears— do we have ears to hear? Jesus, through a foundational teaching, explains different types of hearers as they relate to soil types. Given we are drawing close to planting season, it seems relevant to revisit this popular teaching in hopes of perhaps hearing it in a different way- with new revelation for us. Holy Spirit come!
