Through the Spirit, Christ offered himself as an unblemished sacrifice, freeing us from all those dead-end efforts to make ourselves respectable, so that we can live all out for God. -Hebrews‬ ‭9:15‬ ‭MSG‬‬

He is ever drawing us out of ourselves. Praise Jesus. Can you even imagine what a day or even a moment would look like if we returned God’s Love, if we looked to Him, not to get something but to simply be His, be in His presence. The writer’s of Hebrews says because of Jesus, this is the freedom we have been given. Now, we can live all out for God. We can put away our endless ‘to do’ list – this does not mean we won’t have anything to do – it will just look less like a tornado and more like our God of faithfulness, peace, joy, grace, patience, and above all Love.
