In our lives, we have moments where we all question things we were once so sure of. Perhaps those questions grow into doubts. This is not different for those who believe in God. In fact, if you’ve never questioned something or doubted something related to your faith- you may want to deep dive on what your faith is based on. This isn’t a reprimand or insult- it’s just that a one’s foundation needs to be solid- and with faith, it often gets there by poking it and prodding it. It’s ok- God can handle it. In this message we look at a couple scenes with Jesus- how Jesus compassion is on display for a widow and her only son–and how someone with great faith can question if Jesus is who he says he is.
