Colossians 4:2 Pray diligently. Stay alert, with your eyes wide open in gratitude. 

I must admit that I never really knew where I stood when trouble was revealed to me – what role I was supposed to play. It seems He is helping me understand. I’m a slow study, but praise God, He is patient with me.

I see the brokenness Lord, the hurt and the pain. You ask me NOT to fix it but to surrender it all to you. “Stay alert,” you say, “with eyes wide open in gratitude.” Grateful for the mess? Not even close; Gratitude for Your Sovereign Love! The Truth will free me. He will never, not ever, abandon me… or you. Pray diligently, walking with the Lord ~ allowing God to be God and I His Love.
